SUPERNORMAL KIOSK at BOTANICAL HOTEL

For two weeks, we'll be popping up in South Yarra’s much-loved local, the Botanical Hotel.

With an incredible location that overlooks the lush greenery of the Botanic Gardens, Supernormal Kiosk brings a menu of classics alongside new winter dishes - all available to takeaway. 

Pick up a wholesome and steamy broth of miso soup after a lap around The Tan, or build your own banquet for a family dinner at home.   

In addition to the ready-to-eat takeaway menu, a small selection of finish-at-home dishes will also be available. Think confit duck legs to shred and stuff inside fluffy bao, or slow cooked Xinjiang lamb to finish in the oven, filling the house with the scent of Szechuan and spice. All of the dishes are designed with minimal cooking time in mind - allowing a plate of dumplings and a lobster roll to disappear just as the ding of the oven timer marks the beginning of round 2.
