Supernormal Gin

Andrew McConnell’s beverage director, Leanne Altmann, has teamed up with Applewood Distillery’s Brendan Carter to create a signature Supernormal gin. The gin is inspired by the flavours of Supernormal and combines Japanese and indigenous Australian botanicals befitting of the restaurant’s Asian-inspired contemporary Australian menu.

Botanicals include strawberry gum, riberry, pepperberry, nori, ginger and yuzu.

Supernormal gin will be available to purchase from Supernormal (Flinders Lane) and Meatsmith (Fitzroy) for $68 and will also feature in a number of cocktails on the Supernormal menu.
