LATE SUMMER FAVOURITES

February is the warmest month in Melbourne: as the heat rises from the pavement, our zinc-clad bar is a spot for cool refuge.

It’s also when some of our favourite produce arrives through our doors—mounds of scarlet tomatoes, bunches of emerald fig leaves and trays of crisp cucumbers are here, along with whole sides of tuna making their way to the raw bar. 

To celebrate this abundance, we bring you six weeks of Late Summer Favourites - just the things we want to eat, drink and cook right now.
