A vintage release dinner with Melbourne Sake

Melbourne Sake is Australia’s first craft sake brewery. Their mission is simple: to craft distinctly Australian sake, with Australian ingredients, for Australia. 

On Tuesday, September 12th, we hosted brewers Matt and Quentin for a special five-course sake-paired dinner to release their 2023 vintage.
