This is us...

Supernormal, located centrally on Flinders Lane in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD, is an inspired interpretation of our favourite Asian eating experiences that embraces the flavours of Japan, China, and Korea, while honouring the great produce of Victoria. We work with local farmers, growers, suppliers, and fishermen; as well as our own in-company butcher, Meatsmith Heritage Butcher.

Never resting on our laurels after 6 years and much critical acclaim, Supernormal prides itself on the constant growth of our restaurant, menu and team. We never stopped this year, we continued to create. We constantly strive to exceed expectations with every dish and every interaction.
