EIGHT WEEKS / EIGHT NOODLES

A noodle is a noodle. We love them in all their shapes and variations, so for the first 8 weeks of spring, we brought you a new noodle every week.

We hand-rolled, steamed, and boiled, and you slurped. And with every noodle - we had a couple of quenching drinks to have alongside.

EIGHT WEEKS / EIGHT NOODLES

Week 1 - Handmade wheat noodles, braised Wagyu brisket, fermented soybean & five spice.

​​​​​​​Week 2 - Chongqing Mala noodles, fragrant pork, spiced chickpeas

Week 3 - Dan Dan noodles in clay pot, tea-smoked pork jowl, pickled mustard green

Week 4 - Blue swimmer crab, braised egg noodles, kombu dashi

Week 5 - Shanghai noodles, Spencer Gulf prawns, fermented chilli butter

Week 6 - Hand-picked Queensland mud crab, steamed rice noodles, XO sauce

Week 7 - Hand-rolled cat's ear noodles, Shark Bay scallops & chilli bean

Week 8 - Szechuan cold noodles, pickled cucumbers, spinach, sesame dressing
