Hanami Cocktails

FROM THE SUPERNORMAL BAR…

As a tribute to the spring blossom season, we’ve developed two cocktails that reference the soft pink hues of the Hanami petals and speak to the ephemeral nature of their fleeting existence.

Shibazakura (non-alcoholic): strawberry, chamomile & shiso, garnished with salted cherry blossom

Ephemera: gin, pink grapefruit, curacao & lemon

Pop in after work, pre-theatre, post-game or before going home.
