The Whole Fish Lunch

Have you had the pleasure of dining at Saint Peter in Sydney? We have, and we can tell you that Josh is one of our favourite cooks in Australia.

Through both Saint Peter and his world-first Fish Butchery, Josh has ignited a conversation around fish diversity, sustainability, usage and species on a global level.

On Wednesday 11th September we were delighted to welcome Josh into the Supernormal kitchen to celebrate the release of The Whole Fish Cookbook.

Over a 4-course lunch menu, Josh offered diners an insight into his ideology and processes, and invited us all to reimagine our approach to seafood.
