Adelaide Hills-based distillers Brendan and Laura Carter are fierce advocates for the soil and produce of Australia.
A shared passion for ingredients grew into this marriage of indigenous Australian botanicals and the vibrant flavours of the Supernormal menu.

Seasonally distilled to reflect the availability of local ingredients, botanicals include green tea, nori, pepperberry, strawberry gum, wattleseed, fresh yuzu, star anise and ginger.  

The hand-drawn label, designed by Mihi Riesterer, is inspired by the repetitive designs of traditional Japanese textiles, evoking the sea and sky.

Supernormal x Applewood gin is designed to stir down as a dry Martini or serve simply as a classic G&T. Your selection of garnish, whether soft herb or lemon twist, will emphasise different characteristics of this fragrant spirit.
